AI & Automation Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence and automation with a passion for using technology to improve healthcare services. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement AI and automation strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of pediatric healthcare services

- Analyze current processes and identify areas for automation including patient scheduling data entry and administrative tasks

- Design and implement AI algorithms to assist with diagnosis and treatment planning

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure AI and automation solutions align with clinical needs and best practices

- Train and educate staff on using AI and automation tools and systems

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI and automation systems making adjustments as needed

- Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and automation technology and make recommendations for implementation

- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations when implementing AI and automation solutions

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related field

- Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies including machine learning natural language processing and robotic process automation

- Experience with programming languages such as Python Java

- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

- Knowledge of healthcare industry and regulations is a plus
