Ideal Candidate
Someone who can lead enterprise AI initiatives design Agentic AI solutions work directly with business leaders and guide engineering teams in building secure scalable GenAI applications.

What Youll Do

Work with Business Leaders

• Understand business problems and design AI-based solutions.
• Identify areas where AI agents can improve automation decision-making operations and quality.
• Advise leadership on AI strategy adoption and future roadmaps.
• Support client meetings proposals (RFPs) and solution presentations.

Design AI Solutions

• Build architecture for AI agent systems (single-agent and multi-agent).
• Design workflows using Large Language Models (LLMs) with reasoning planning memory and human approvals.
• Create RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions that connect AI with company data and APIs.
• Ensure solutions are scalable reliable secure and cost-effective.

AI Governance & Compliance

• Define AI safety standards security controls compliance requirements and risk management processes.
• Establish best practices for testing monitoring and maintaining AI agents.
• Work with Security Legal Risk and QA teams to ensure enterprise readiness.

Technical Requirements

AI & GenAI Expertise

• Strong experience with LLMs (GPT Claude Llama etc.).
• Expertise in prompt engineering and AI reasoning techniques.
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as:
  • LangGraph
  • AutoGen
  • CrewAI
  • Semantic Kernel
• Experience with:
  • RAG architectures
  • Vector databases
  • Embeddings
  • Knowledge retrieval systems
  • Understanding of model fine-tuning (LoRA QLoRA) and AI evaluation methods.

Architecture & Engineering

Strong background in:

• Distributed systems
• APIs
• Microservices
• Cloud-native architecture
• Proficiency in Python.

Experience with cloud platforms:

• Azure
• AWS
• GCP

Knowledge of AI monitoring observability and cost optimization.
