AI & Analytics Engineer

McLean VA 22102 (100% Onsite) - No flexibility

A candidate with a background in Clinical Informatics and experience at a payor or provider would probably check most of the boxes.

• Experience with designing/testing/optimizing tech-enabled workflows in a healthcare setting
• Experience with EHRs clinical decision support tools or other similar software in a healthcare setting
• Strong analytical mindset with extreme attention to detail
• Experience with testing predictive analytics and traditional AI systems
• SQL and Excel proficiency

• Experience with Gen AI LLMs and prompt testing
• Clinical licensure (e.g. RN Pharmacist Dietician etc)
• Experience with claims and/or EHR data
