We are looking for a candidate that has expertise in high volume low latency transaction processing systems (such as payments transaction switching high frequency trading systems or global real-time event streaming systems etc.)- Experience with various coding languages Java Go CESQL etc. âthis individual will be part of an important initiative to deliver a pivotal project for our client.

AI coach role is now available. Were looking for a senior person who is willing to coach senior people and help shape where AI technology is going. (mastercard)

Experince Required:

Look for 1220 years of overall technology experience including 5 years in AI/ML/data transformation instead of requiring 10 years specifically in GenAI.

The ideal candidate may have a consulting cloud-provider enterprise architecture or executive-education background rather than a purely software-engineering background.

Abilities

Strategic thinker who can define a phased roadmap for AI adoption across the PDLC that aligns with business objectives and ties each initiative to clear value.
Strong cross-functional influencer capable of bridging product engineering devops security and compliance ensuring AI improvements are coordinated rather than siloed.
Systems-oriented problem solver who can redesign workflows to fully leverage AI capabilities not simply automate existing steps.
Outcome-focused and adaptable leader who drives toward measurable results while maintaining quality safety and compliance and continuously refines approaches based on feedback and data.
