Agricultural Systems and Technology Internship

About the Role

In this role you will apply engineering principles technology solutions and process improvements tooptimizeplant performance reliability and safety. This is a hands-on role whereyoullwork closely with operations maintenance and safety teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

What will you do

• Support daily operations of the soy crush plant through technology and engineering solutions.
• Design implement andmaintainagricultural and industrial systems to improve efficiency throughput and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues analyze data and develop solutions.
• Assist in evaluating selecting and integratingnew technologyand automation systems.
• Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety regulations.
• Lead or support capital projects including planning installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Provide training and technical support to team membersonsystems and technology

Requirements of Role:

• Enrolled in a bachelors degree program in Agricultural Systems Technology Agricultural Engineering Industrial Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of agricultural processing systems automation and industrial technology.
• Experience with process controls data analysis and project management preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hands-on plant environment.
• A valid state drivers license
