Job Summary
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and adoption of Agile methodologies across the Digital Office establishing Agile frameworks processes and best practices while partnering with leaders to drive organizational alignment and successful transformation.
- Manage strategic digital projects from initiation through completion including project planning execution budgeting risk management stakeholder communication and delivery of business objectives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups Sprint Planning Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives ensuring teams remain focused engaged and aligned with project goals.
- Identify and remove obstacles that may impact team performance proactively addressing challenges and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Serve as a change agent for digital transformation by coaching employees and leaders on Agile principles promoting continuous improvement innovation and effective ways of working.
- Monitor Agile team performance through key metrics and reporting providing insights and recommendations to improve efficiency productivity and project outcomes.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to prioritize initiatives align resources and ensure Agile practices support overall organizational objective
Qualifications :
Required:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering Information Technology Computer Science Business or a related field.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Preferred:
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification or equivalent Agile certification.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM PSM or similar).
Additional Information :
Yearly Salary Range $140000-$150000 . Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience qualifications and skills. Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
