Agile Project Manager (Data Solutions) [Hybrid]

Location: Atlanta GA or Minneapolis MN (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months Contract (Possible Extension)

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise-level data solutions projects supporting customer data segmentation and marketing initiatives within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile project delivery cross-functional leadership and managing complex technology projects from initiation through implementation.

This role requires close collaboration with Product Owners engineering teams business stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure successful project execution while maintaining Agile best practices.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology and data solution projects.
• Manage project scope schedule budget risks issues and overall delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Partner closely with Product Owners to prioritize and maintain product backlogs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering QA data and business stakeholders.
• Track project progress and communicate status risks and mitigation plans to leadership.
• Drive continuous process improvement using Agile metrics and team feedback.
• Support project financials including budget tracking forecasting and reporting.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Mentor Agile teams and promote Scrum/Kanban best practices.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of Project Management experience leading technology projects.
• Strong experience managing Agile/Scrum projects.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience managing Data Solutions Data Platform Data Integration or Data Analytics projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Experience in Banking Financial Services or FinTech environments.
• Experience supporting customer data segmentation marketing analytics or campaign data initiatives.
• PMP or other Project Management certification.
• Experience with Smartsheet and Microsoft Project.
• Financial management experience including budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong facilitation coaching and leadership skills.
