Job Summary
Job Title: Agile Coach/Technical Project Manager
Location: New York NY & Sunrise FL (Hybrid)
We are requesting approval to initiate a requisition for an Agile Champion/TPM role to support ongoing and upcoming initiatives. The Agile Champion/TPM will be responsible for planning executing and delivering projects on time and within scope while coordinating with cross functional stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8 12 years of experience in project management preferably in technology or enterprise programs
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and leadership skills
- Experience working with distributed and vendor teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end to end project delivery including scope schedule budget and risk management
- Coordinate with business engineering and vendor teams to ensure timely execution
- Track milestones dependencies and issues; provide regular status reporting to stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to governance compliance and delivery standards
- Drives continuous improvement across teams by coaching leaders and teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets. Leads technology projects by strategically planning allocating resources managing risks tracking progress and ensuring effective stakeholder communication to achieve organizational objectives.
- Oversees the strategic planning coordination and execution of technology-focused projects ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Leads and orchestrates Program Increment (PI) Planning meetings and technical alignment discussions with leadership product management and delivery teams to ensure strategic alignment and readiness
- Facilitates Agile Ceremonies across multiple Delivery Teams
- Drives project quality by improving process gaps and increase efficiency and productivity
- Ensures compliance with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards across the Scrum Teams and Agile Release Train (ART)
- Interprets relevant portfolio Release Train and team-level metrics
- Tracks and reports financial spend across all funding lines

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a technical discipline (e.g. Computer Science Information Technology Engineering) and/or comparable experience; advanced degree preferred
- Detailed Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/SAFe/Lean methodologies
- Proven track record in Technical Project Delivery across all disciplines including Agile Scrum & Kanban
