Job responsibilities

• Creates complex and scalable coding frameworks using appropriate software design frameworks
• Develops secure and high-quality production code and reviews and debugs code written by others
• Advises cross-functional teams on technological matters within your domain of expertise
• Serves as the functions go-to subject matter expert
• Contributes to the development of technical methods in specialized fields in line with the latest product development methodologies
• Creates durable reusable software frameworks that are leveraged across teams and functions
• Influences leaders and senior stakeholders across business product and technology teams

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10 years applied experience
• Lead the design and development of agentic AI solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs) to automate lead qualification and engagement workflows integrating AI capabilities into existing Java-based Martech platforms for enhanced lead management and advisor support
• Advance experience with Java Python Java Spring ORM frameworks Agentic AI frameworks (a2a langGraph) messaging frameworks unit and automated testing frameworks (BDD Functional & Performance) and databases
• Demonstrates extensive hands-on experience in software engineering and Machine Learning (ML) engineering with a proven track record of shipping production systems
• Advanced knowledge of software architecture applications and technical processes with in-depth expertise in one or more technical disciplines
• Architects and implements high-throughput low-latency microservices with WebSocket gRPC REST and GraphQL including protocol buffer schema design streaming endpoints and load balancing
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure) and containerization (Docker Kubernetes)
• Hands-on practical experience delivering system design application development testing and operational stability
