Job Summary
- Strategy & Vision: Define how agentic AI systems are deployed across the organization to maximize efficiency and innovation.
- Architecture & Design: Oversee the design of multi-agent systems ensuring they can collaborate negotiate and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Governance & Ethics: Establish guardrails for safe transparent and responsible AI use.
- Integration: Work with engineering and product teams to embed agentic AI into workflows tools and customer-facing platforms.
- Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams evangelize AI adoption and mentor AI engineers and researchers.
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (e.g. reinforcement learning LLM orchestration multi-agent systems).
- Strong background in systems design and distributed computing.
- Understanding of human-AI collaboration and organizational change management.
