Agent Deployment Engineer

This is a hands-on customer-facing technical delivery role sitting within a specialized Agent Builder team at a fast-growing conversational AI platform. You will own end-to-end execution of enterprise AI agent builds from initial scoping through launch and iteration directly shaping the customer experience outcomes that make this product category-defining.

• Own the full lifecycle of AI agent builds for enterprise customers including scoping implementation launch and ongoing iteration.
• Write and maintain key agent-building artifacts such as workflows configurations and integration code.
• Validate and troubleshoot API integrations between the platform and customer systems.
• Partner with customers senior technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into concrete build plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Engineering and Go-to-Market teams to surface gaps and feed real customer needs back into the platform roadmap.
• Ensure agents perform reliably and at enterprise-grade quality at scale.

• 3 to 10 or more years of experience shipping technical solutions end-to-end for customers.
• Strong Python development skills with recent hands-on individual contributions.
• Experience working with APIs and building integrations in a B2B SaaS or similarly complex technical environment.
• Customer-facing or client-facing technical delivery experience such as solutions engineering forward-deployed engineering or technical account management.
• A strong academic or professional signal of excellence such as a CS degree from a top program or prior experience at a highly respected engineering organization.
• Experience with pre-sales or full product ownership is a plus.
• Familiarity with LLMs AI agents conversational systems or automation workflows is a strong plus.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Base salary range: $175000 to $230000 USD annually plus equity. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

On-site in San Francisco CA five days per week.
