Principal for New Insurance Agency

Seeking a highly talented entrepreneurial and experienced professional to lead the establishment and growth of a new insurance agency. This is a unique ground-floor opportunity to build and shape an agency from the ground up leveraging an existing portfolio. • Lead the establishment and growth of a new insurance agency leveraging an existing portfolio
• Develop and maintain strong carrier relationships to ensure the agencys success
• Oversee all aspects of agency operations including management development and finance

• Drive organic growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Collaborate with a highly experienced team of principals to align interests and achieve shared goals
• Ensure the agency operates with financial prudence and strategic foresight

• Proven experience in the insurance industry with a strong understanding of carrier relationships and business operations
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building or growing successful ventures
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and align a team
• Familiarity with the Southeast culture and business environment is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with the leadership teams vision
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to be based in Birmingham AL or open to candidates outside the area who can integrate seamlessly into the team and culture in the Southeast.
