As the Agency Operations Manager you will:

• Lead and manage a team of account managers ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Drive the automation of the renewal process to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee the implementation of an insured portal to enhance client experience and accessibility.
• Standardize insurance proposal formats to ensure consistency and professionalism.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve the agencys social media presence and digital footprint.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement process improvements across the organization.
• Monitor and evaluate operational performance providing actionable insights and recommendations.

To be successful in this role you should possess:

• Proven experience in operations management preferably within an agency or similar environment.
