Your schedule:
- Salaried position withjust 12 to15 billable hours per week
- Onsite 3 to 5 days per week working between 3-7pm.

What Youll Do
As a Proud Moments BCBAyoullhave the opportunity to realize your professional potential while making an impact where it matters most.Youll:
- Develop and supervise targeted individualized interventions that improve the lives of children with autism
- Celebrate alongside your clients as they develop positive behaviors build new skills and reach meaningful milestones
- Partner with families through caring thoughtful conversations about assessment results and treatment recommendations
- Advocate for your clients by proactivelyidentifyingpotential concerns and communicating with theappropriate membersof the care team
- Share yourexpertisethrough direct supervision supporttrainingand orientation of our growing team of Behavior Technicians
- Provide hands-on clinical support while keeping pace with the children we serve
The role requires physical activity throughout client sessions including standing sitting bending squatting kneelingrunningand lifting 25 pounds while keeping pace with children ages 215.
