Job Summary:Parkway Chevrolet is expanding its Parts Department and seeking a dedicatedAftermarket Parts Associateto play a key role in supporting daily operations inventory flow and customer/vendor communication.

As an Aftermarket Parts Associate youll help manage incoming and outgoing part shipments organize inventory assist with order fulfillment and ensure products are handled accurately and efficiently. Essential Duties:

  • Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management:Accurately pull organize and prepare automotive parts for customer orders internal requests and shipments.
  • Shipping & Receiving:Receive incoming shipments verify inventory palletize products and prepare outgoing orders for shipping carriers.
  • Heavy Lifting & Warehouse Support:Safely lift and move parts and packages weighing 50 lbs or more with ease while maintaining an organized workspace.
  • Vendor Communication:Communicate professionally and effectively with vendors regarding orders shipment updates backorders and inventory needs.
  • Track Orders & Shipments:Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing orders monitor shipment status and ensure timely processing.
  • Follow Directions & Procedures:Work efficiently within dealership processes while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Maintain Organization:Keep warehouse inventory and shipping areas clean organized and properly stocked.
  • Learn & Grow:Continuously learn new systems processes and responsibilities with opportunities for advancement within the department.

Requirements:

  • Reliable & Punctual:Dependable and consistently ready to work.
  • Strong Work Ethic:Motivated eager to learn and willing to grow within the company.
  • Quick Learner:Able to adapt quickly to new tasks systems and procedures.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented:Keeps track of inventory shipments and orders accurately.
  • Good Communication Skills:Able to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and vendors.
  • Common Sense & Problem Solving:Uses sound judgment and can work independently when needed.
  • Team Player:Works well with others and contributes to a positive work environment.
  • Physically Capable:Ability to comfortably lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic Computer Skills:Comfortable using computers and inventory/order systems.

Prior warehouse automotive parts shipping/receiving or dealership experience is a plus but not required were willing to train the right candidate!
