We are looking for an Aftermarket Demand Planner and Inventory Analyst to join our team at our Aerostructures headquarters in Chula Vista CA.

This position works in a primarily onsite capacity.

What You Will Do

• Manage planning strategies and ERP requirements across various Aftermarket product lines to achieve 96% on-time delivery

• Ensure inventory and service level targets are met

• Manage inventory demand planning and various business processes associated with a program

• Extract and analyze datasets to generate reports that support analytical requirements and drive strategic decisions

• Optimize part segmentation to ensure alignment to inventory service levels and profitability objectives

• Analyze and review demand patterns product lifecycle and available market intelligence

• Possess ability to display complex data in a simple intuitive format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner

• Communicate effectively with other Aftermarket groups Supply Chain and Manufacturing Sites

• Utilize PowerBI Tableau or other similar tools to develop analytics and visualization

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree 6 years of relevant experience

• Experience with ERP planning or manufacturing systems

• Exposure to Continuous Improvement tools and concepts

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience problem solving and/or critical thinking

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems

• Communicate effectively with cross functional support team within other Aftermarket groups Supply Chain and Manufacturing Sites

• Degree in Statistics Economics Business Mathematics or related fields

• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or ACE

• Experience with demand planning service level and inventory optimization with intermittent historical demand

• Experience with statistical forecasting and forecast accuracy measurement

• Business acumen

The salary range for this role is 75800 USD - 144200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
