Available Programs

A. Summer Camps (JuneAugust)

Pay: $18$24 per hour
Schedule Options:
- Morning: 9:00 AM12:00 PM
- Afternoon: 1:00 PM4:00 PM
- Full Day: 9:00 AM4:00 PM
- Possible extended care until 6:00 PM
Back-to-back sessions available

B. After School Program (SeptemberSchool Year)

(Soccer Tennis/Pickleball Volleyball Basketball PE/Fitness Yoga and Dance)

Pay: $50$65 per session
Schedule: MondayFriday between 1:00 PM5:00 PM
Part-time: Typically 24 hours per week
Coaches usually teach one class per day (about 1 hour) with possible 30-minute pre-care

C. Saturday Tennis Clinics

Pay: $18$24 per hour
Schedule: Saturdays
Back-to-back sessions available
Available to coaches who demonstrate strong tennis and coaching skills

About the Role

We are looking for reliable energetic and positive Coaches to teach beginner-level programs for children ages 510 (Grades K5) at schools throughout the Bay Area.

All lesson plans and equipment are provided. Our goal is to create a fun active and supportive learning environment for young players.

Responsibilities

Teach classes using company lesson plans
Manage groups of 816 students
Create a safe and positive learning environment
Attend a 2-day unpaid training/shadowing session (23 hours per session)
Take attendance and manage student sign-in/out
Communicate professionally with parents and school staff
Take a few class photos for program documentation

Requirements

At least 19 years old
Playing or coaching experience preferred but not required
USPTA/PTR certification is a plus
Enjoy working with children
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Must have a valid drivers license and personal vehicle
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must complete a TB test and Live Scan background check before employment
Must provide a photo and short biography for the company website
Must currently live in the Bay Area and be available for in-person work
