After School Program Leader/ Primary School Professional-Fullerton CA

Pay: $19.00 per hour

In this role you will play a pivotal part in shaping memories that children will cherish for a lifetime. As a Program Leader we are looking for individuals to inspire spark curiosity encourage creativity foster a sense of community warmth and promote a deep sense of belonging for every child.

Location: Acacia Elementary

Schedule:

• Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday-1:50/2:00-6:00 PM
• Wednesday 12:00-6:00 PM
• (TK/K get out at 2:10 & 1st grade and up get out at 2:30).

Heres what youll need:

• Must have completed 48 college credits or passed a paraeducator exam.
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have or be willing to obtain CPR and Frist Aid certification completed in person.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations

As an AlphaBEST Program Leader youll be trained to do the following:

• Lead a group of students through exciting adventures in fitness the arts technology and more!
• Work collaboratively with peers to ignite childrens sense of wonder.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students interests and talents.
• Provide a caring family-oriented environment where positive staff child and parent relationships are fostered.
