Pay: $19.00 an hour

In this role you will play a pivotal part in shaping memories that children will cherish for a lifetime. As a Group Leader we are looking for individuals to inspire spark curiosity encouraging creativity a sense of community warmth and foster a deep sense of belonging for every child.

Location(s):Mitchell Elementary Canyon Country CA

Schedule: Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday Start time 2:45 PM

Wednesday: Start Time 12:55 PM

Heres what youll need:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations.

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader youll be trained to do the following:

• Lead a group of students through exciting adventures in fitness the arts technology and more!
• Work collaboratively with peers to ignite childrens sense of wonder.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students interests and talents.
• Provide a caring family-oriented environment where positive staff child and parent relationships are fostered.
