As an After-Sales Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance ofAGV and automated logistics systemsacross client sites. You will providehands-on troubleshooting maintenance system support and customer training playing a key role in delivering a high-quality after-sales experience.
This is acustomer-facing field-based rolerequiring strong technical expertise responsiveness and the ability to operate indynamic international project environments.
- Providerapid response and resolutionto customer-reported faults across AGV hardware and software systems
- Performdiagnosis troubleshooting and repair ensuring minimal downtime and fast system recovery
- Deliverremote and on-site technical support including emergency interventions when required
- Supportinstallation commissioning and system testingat customer sites
- Develop and delivertechnical documentation(service reports operating manuals training materials) in English
- Conductcustomer training sessionson system operation maintenance and best practices
- Carry outpreventative maintenance and system inspectionsto reduce risk and improve reliability
- Manage localspare parts inventory coordinating with global teams
- Gather and communicatecustomer feedback contributing to continuous product improvement
- Ensure all work is conducted in accordance withlocal health safety and compliance standards
- Degree or diploma inMechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Automation or a related field
- Experience working withAGV systems robotics or warehouse automation technologies
- Strong technical knowledge ofsensors control systems and network communication
- Ability to interpretelectrical schematics and CAD drawings
- Hands-on experience withdiagnostic tools(e.g. multimeter)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills inEnglish(Chinese language skills are highly advantageous)
- Experience producingtechnical reports documentation and training materials
- Strong problem-solving ability with acustomer-focused mindset
- Ability to workindependently and within multinational teams
- Flexibility totravel internationallywhen required
- Experience withinintralogistics warehousing or automation environments
- Additional language skills such asSpanish or German
- Relevanttechnical certifications(electrical automation systems or similar)
