Seldin Company is seeking a Regional Portfolio Manager in the Santa Fe NM or Colorado Springs CO Market.
This position will pay up to $120000 annually determined by experience certifications skills and education.

What You Will Do

The Regional Portfolio Managermanages the assigned portfolio and effectively leads their Community Business Managers roleis responsible formaintainingthephysical assets integrityand maximizing the returns for theassets in the assigned opportunities to enhance communications andbuild collaborative relationships with supervisorspeersand positive productive relationships with all funding community and regulatory for and attend regular meetings withthesupervisor and/or the owners to present detailed reports on portfolio out public forums to contribute to the industry and build on the companys reputation as the leader motivateandempower associates to reach theirgoals and those of the required at approximately 50%.The expectation is to be at the propertyat least40% of theschedule.

Skills and Requirements

• Multi-site property management experience
• Ability to supervise and lead a team
• Financial analysis/budget knowledge
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Solid judgment and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent verbal and organization skills
• Budget and financial reporting knowledge
• Three or more years of property management experience
• Bachelors degree from a four- year college or university
