Affordable Housing Electrical Project Manager

Location: Oakland CA (On-site with flexibility for remote work and Bay Area jobsite visits)

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects within affordable housing developments. This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through completion ensuring delivery on time within scope and within budget while maintaining safety quality and compliance standards.

• Manage electrical construction projects for affordable housing developments from start to finish

• Coordinate with clients field teams subcontractors and internal stakeholders

• Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and cost forecasts

• Oversee estimating procurement and project financial performance

• Ensure compliance with electrical codes design specifications and safety standards

• Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress quality and resource allocation

• Manage project documentation change orders and reporting requirements

• Maintain strong client relationships and support business growth initiatives

• Strong experience in electrical construction contracting or engineering

• Proven background in project management budgeting and financial oversight

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Strong leadership communication and team management skills

• Proficiency with project management and construction software tools

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Construction Management or related field preferred

• 5 years of affordable housing project experience

• 5 years of electrical estimating experience

• Experience in multifamily residential or affordable housing developments

• Strong knowledge of electrical design installation and code compliance

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
