General SummaryThe Director of Affiliation Network leads the strategic direction and execution of doctoraffiliation and relationship programs that support all brands operating within Owned Eyecare (OEC). This role serves as the primary liaison across Talent Acquisition (TA) Provider Solutions and OEC brand Clinical teams to ensure a coordinated seamless approach to attracting sourcing engaging and retaining clinical talent. The Director builds strong connectivity across functions strengthens the doctor experience and drives affiliation strategies that support longterm coverage growth and brandspecific business Range $110541.41- $147387.48Essential FunctionsSupport the unique doctoraffiliation needs of all OEC brands by developing tailored strategies aligned to each brands business brand representation in doctorfacing initiatives to enhance credibility awareness and engagement among the OD affiliation programs and messaging are aligned consistent and effectively differentiated across as the primary business liaison to Talent Acquisition ensuring TA has clear visibility into coverage priorities staffing needs and brandspecific closely with Provider Solutions to ensure alignment on doctor affiliation programs engagement continued education and deployment strategies across all doctor performance and retentionproactively and identify risks recommending coordinated solutions between Provider Solutions TA and OEC communication loops that ensure brand Clinical teams Provider Solutions and TA remain synced on priorities trends and emerging needsinforming and influencing leadership on these doctor feedback into actionable experience improvements at both enterprise and brand with Marketing and brand leaders to strengthen brand awareness longterm OD relationships and support career progression across the with Public Affairs to remain knowledgeable of legislation which may impact the enterprise or doctors. Serve as a strategic advisor on doctor-related issues and represent OEC needs in enterprise forums involving workforce recruiting operations clinical leadership learning and development and talent patient access by ensuring strong OD pipelines and adequate coverage across all OEC brands with direct relations and line-of-sight to the enterprise workforce deployment by improving visibility and communication across the doctor lifecycleawareness attraction sourcing recruitment onboarding scheduling and planning monitoring and continuous improvement of OD attraction and retention programs across SpecificationsBachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience; Minimum of 2 additional years of experience related to functional area Minimum of 6 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring training assigning work and managing performance of direct reportsDemonstrated ability to solve complex issues and act with a high degree of independent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence to travel as needed across the U.S. to support brands teams and doctor engagement to manage complex multi-stakeholder initiatives and coordinate across diverse organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple highpriority efforts to leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and support datadriven decision exercises discretion and independent judgment in performance of job ConditionsThe working environment is generally favorable lighting and temperature is adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise dust above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
