What Youll Do
Strategy & Growth
- Create tailored affiliate strategies aligned to client goals and KPIs
- Identify growth opportunities and translate insights into action
- Optimize program performance through recruitment activation and partner development
- Forecast performance manage budgets and provide strategic recommendations
- Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple affiliate programs
- Execute promotional campaigns creative updates and partner initiatives
- Monitor performance trends and continuously improve results
- Ensure operational excellence and adherence to internal best practices
- Lead client calls business reviews and strategic discussions
- Communicate performance results clearly and confidently to stakeholders
- Build strong publisher and affiliate relationships negotiate placements and secure opportunities
- Support affiliate communication compliance payments and ongoing engagement
- Mentor and support Account Coordinators through training and ongoing development
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver best-in-class client service
