As an AffidavitSpecialistyouwill beresponsibleforperformingavarietyoftasksincludingbutnot limited to:

• HandlingofallofFirmsAffidavitRequestsinaccordancewithallapplicablepoliciesprocedures and client directives.
• Reviewofapplicablefilestoensureaccuracyofinformationfordraftingofanaffidavit request.
• Draftandcompileapplicableaffidavitswithfineattentiontodetail toensureaccuracyofalldata.
• Orderapplicableaffidavitsinaccordancewithclientrequestsanddirectives.
• Uploadingcorrespondenceandapplicableinformationtoclientsviaclient portale-mailetc.
• Pullworkqueuestopromptlyreviewall pendingaffidavits request claimsfornextsteps.
• WorkwithAttorneystoensureproperapprovalofapplicableaffidavits.
• PromptlyLogexecutedaffidavitsthatarereceivedfrom clients.
• Follow-upasnecessarywithclientsforpromptreturnofaffidavits.
• Performgeneralclericaldutiesincludingdataentryscanningphotocopyingcollatingandfaxing.
• WorkwithAttorneysandClientstoproperlyhandleaffidavitsrequests.
• All otherdutiesasassigned.

Positionmighthavetheavailabilitytoworkremotelywithsomeofficetimedependingupon Manager/Director/Human Resources approval.

• Responsibleindividualwhoisabletoworkbothindependentlyandinateamenvironment.
• High School diploma or equivalent GED
• Legalfieldcertificate/2-yrdegree(experiencemaybesubstitutedforeducation)
• BackgroundinRetailClaimsandCreditorsRightsLawspreferred
• .
• Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
• Experiencewithbasicofficehardwaresuchasscannersfaxmachinecopiersetc.
• Ability to multi-task inafast-pacedenvironment.
• StrongattentiontoDetail.
• Superiorproblem-solvingskills.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dependability.
