Job and Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for an experienced AestheticRN who embodies our operating principles to join ourAestheticsteam.

TheAesthetic Registered Nurse performs cosmetic procedures and provides education consultations and scheduling for select aesthetic treatments and treatment regimens offered at Vanguard Skin Specialists.

• A Registered Nurse injector whoideally is alreadyskilled in dermal fillers neurotoxins chemical peels laser treatments and medical grade skin care.

• Actively promotes/sells cosmetic products and services.

• Performs explains and schedulesselectcosmetic consults and treatments per protocols.

• Providesappropriate patienteducation andafter-careinstructions.

• Provides recommendations for cosmetic service enhancements and implements approved plans within specifiedtimeframes.

• Maintainsaccuratedocumentation of treatment in allclientmedical records.

• Pre-books patients andretainspatients.

• Assistswithdevelopmentof advertising and promotional materials.

• Responsible for all cosmetic discussionsregardingall available cosmetic treatment options available.

• Responsible for after-care instructions relaying information between the doctor and the patient and from the patient to the doctor and schedulingappropriatefollow upand treatments.

• Adherence to compliance and completion of compliance training.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Graduate of accredited RN program

• Active Colorado RN license

• At least 2 years of experience in dermatology plastic surgery or aesthetic medicine including injectables

• Certification in injectable services and laser operation

• Detail oriented well organized and meticulous

• Relates well to people

• Team player

Schedule

This position hasapart-time(20-24 hours per week) andfull-time(36-40 hoursper week)scheduleoption.

This position is based in Colorado Springs and includes working from multiple locations such as our Briargate and Northgate offices.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a transparent performance-driven compensation model designed to support you as you grow:

• Starting Pay: 15% of net collections (revenue minus product costs) with a guaranteed floor of $45/hour.

• Guaranteed base: You will always receive whichever amount is greater providing a stable base compensation of $70k$90k (at 30-40h/week) while you build your patient following.

• Career Progression: As your practice matures and grows you will have the opportunity to transition to an elite 20% netcollectionstier for unlimited earning potential.
