Aero Depot Supervisor- 2nd Shift

Job Summary
- Consistently improving existing operational systems processes and policies in support of the Aero Depot strategy and mission.
- Supporting enhanced communications at all levels embracing transparent management and business processes and practicing agile tactical and strategic planning.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the Aero Depot through embracing a best practices philosophy focused on improving each operational function as well as coordinating and communicating between support and business functions.
- Capable of guiding training and mentorship of technicians.
- Assuming a co-leadership role with the Aero Depot Manager in long-term planning.
- Developing long-range forecasts and maintaining long-range production plans aligned to those forecasts.
- Attending regular scheduled and impromptu meetings with Aero Depot Manager regarding all operational and/or fiscal matters.
- Contributing to the short and long-term organizational planning and strategy.
- At least 8 years of directly related work experience in the energy industry.
- Strong decision making and leadership skills.
- Must be fluent in English with strong speaking reading writing and comprehension skills.
- US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
- Successful candidate will need to satisfactorily complete pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to oversee and/or work within a team environment and foster teamwork and trust in both internal and external Aero Depot customers.
- Previous experience developing creative and innovative solutions to business problems of unusual complexity.
- Strong technical competence in the operation of gas turbines including all aspects of turbine disassembly transport and relocation assembly and operations.
- GE LM2500 LM6000 CF6-6 or CF6-80C2 depot overhaul experience
