At Communications Construction Group LLC as a Telecom Aerial Foreman youll oversee the installation maintenance and repair of aerial telecom systems ensuring safety quality and regulatory compliance. Youll serve as the on-site expert offering guidance and support to less experienced team members.

What youll do
Ensure successful installation of fiber/telecom cables materials or support structures according to relevant codes regulations and customer requirements.
Safely use equipment like bucket truck digger derrick excavators
Ensure work areas are safe and that traffic flows smoothly while on the job
Safely work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders
Safely use hand tools and power tools like wrenches drills and saws
Provide guidance and support to others as needed
Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice
Complete daily work orders and crew checks to document productivity and safety compliance
Other duties as assigned
What youll need
To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
High School Diploma GED equivalent or relevant work experience
Valid state drivers license (cannot be Provisional) including an acceptable driving record
Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam resulting in a valid medical card
At least 3 years of related work experience
To be a certified pole climber or be willing to become certified
CDL Class A driver license is preferred

Physical abilities & exposures

Routinely: work with arms above shoulder level at heights in confined spaces and alone in remote locations operate vehicle and heavy machinery use ladder bend stoop stand walk climb stairs and lift objects greater than 55 pounds
Occasionally: use keyboard and mouse
