Aeration Technician II

• Perform aeration services for residential and commercial properties following company procedures and safety standards
• Operate and maintain aeration equipment ensuring it is in good working condition before during and after each job
• Inspect work sites to identify aeration needs obstacles and access considerations before starting services
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to complete services efficiently and on time
• Set up equipment safely complete required safety checks and clean up work areas after each service
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding services performed expected outcomes and any recommendations
• Document completed jobs accurately using company forms or digital tools
• Adhere to safety protocols use personal protective equipment and report any hazards or equipment issues to your supervisor
• Assist senior technicians with advanced aeration procedures as needed to support team productivity
• Participate in training opportunities to improve technical skills industry knowledge and customer service techniques
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment in a clean organized and safe condition
• Represent Arbor Nomic Inc positively in all customer interactions and community settings

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; prior aeration experience is not required
• Willingness to learn aeration techniques equipment operation and lawn care fundamentals
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions safety guidelines and company policies
