ROLEDESCRIPTION -

We are seeking a highly experienced AEM Cloud Architect / Lead Developer to lead the design implementation and migration of enterprise-scale AEM Cloud as a Service (AEMaaCS) solution. The ideal candidate will serve as both a solution architect and hands-on technical leader driving architecture decisions consulting with business stakeholders leading a team of AEM developers and partnering with cross-functional teams across multiple business domains.
The role requires strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager Cloud Service digital experience platforms cloud-native architecture enterprise integrations and migration programs. The candidate should also possess foundational AWS cloud knowledge to support migration and coexistence scenarios between AWS and Adobe Cloud environments.
12 years of software engineering experience.
8 years of AEM development and architecture experience.
3 years of AEM Cloud Service implementation experience.
Proven experience leading enterprise-scale AEM migration programs.
Should have fair understanding of Adobe experience cloud Products like Adobe analytics Adobe target AJO AEP CDP
Experience managing offshore/onshore development teams.
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
