An Advisory Specialist I is an earlycareer consultant in the Services team who supports delivery of audit risk and compliance solutions for discovery and requirements capture by reviewing client documentation and helping lead discovery workshops to understand current processes and by senior advisors they translate requirements into technical design documentsconfigureand iterate Diligent One prototypes deliver enablement trainingmaintainissue logs and follow the standard projectmethodologyto deliver on time and in scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize your product and domainexpertiseto delivercustomerrequests and create a delightful customer experience.
- Be responsible forthetimelyand quality delivery of the services requested by customers.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers Senior Managers and Managers to ensure any new service requests are handled appropriately orroutedthe request to the correct teams.
- Document andmaintainthe standard operating procedures for performing thecustomer-specific request.
- Consultwith the global implementation teams and customer success teams toprovidetechnical guidance to the customer toleveragemore value from the product.
Required Experience/Skills
- Ability to effectively engage customer personnel in solution discussions to resolve issuesregardingcompliance vendor management information security and/or risk management requirements and goals.
- Strong passion for Compliance Vendor management Informationsecurityand/or Risk management field.
- Ability to work as part of a team to deliver in tighttimeframesand respond quickly in an ever-changing environment.
- FedRAMP experiencerequired.
- Experience with CMMC and NIST frameworks.
- Experience in MicrosoftOfficeespecially Microsoft Excel.
- 2-3 years of experience in an internal or external client-facing or consulting role.
Preferred Experience/Skills
- An undergraduatedegree in a relevant area ( Administration Compliance Management Legal & Ethics Supply Chain Management Engineering Information Security or MIS).
- Experience withGRC and/or analyticstools.
- Experience in a platform-based product/solution.
U.S pay range
$56000 - $71000 USD
