Advisor Coach Counselor Consultant Speaker Trainer

Advisor / Coach / Counselor / Consultant / Speaker / Trainer.

Client: Harris County Department of Education (HCDE) Texas

Engagement Type: Independent Contractor (As-Needed / Project-Based)

Contract Term: Up to 5 years (Multiple awards anticipated)

HCDE is seeking qualified professionals and organizations to provide specialized advisory coaching counseling consulting speaking and training services across multiple educational and administrative divisions. Services will be delivered on an as-needed basis to support school districts educators administrators students and community programs throughout Harris County.

The selected contractor will function as an independent consultant providing expert guidance professional development leadership training strategic consulting and educational support while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.

• Design and deliver professional training programs workshops and seminars.

• Provide coaching and mentoring to educators school leaders and staff.

• Offer consulting services for organizational improvement leadership development and educational initiatives.

• Develop instructional materials presentations and digital learning resources.

• Facilitate keynote speeches conferences and community engagement events.

• Assess client needs and recommend evidence-based solutions.

• Prepare reports evaluations and recommendations following each engagement.

• Collaborate with HCDE divisions to achieve project objectives and measurable outcomes.

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all applicable federal state and HCDE policies.

• Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline (Masters preferred where applicable).

• Professional certification or licensure related to the area of expertise when required.

• Minimum 5 years of experience working within public education school districts government or related organizations.

• Demonstrated experience delivering training coaching consulting or speaking engagements.

• Strong presentation facilitation and interpersonal communication skills.

The contractor is expected to:

• Deliver high-quality services within agreed timelines.

• Supply all necessary materials resources and professional expertise.

• Operate independently without direct HCDE supervision.

This is not an employee position. Successful vendors will serve as Independent Contractors and are responsible for their own taxes insurance certifications and business compliance requirements.
