As an Advanced Technical Scrum Master (Adv Software Engr) for the Torpedo Systems Group you will lead agile execution for highly technical multi-discipline teams including facilitation of agile ceremonies and driving agile maturation. You will work closely with Program and Engineering leadership to provide status develop plans maintain metrics and communicate with stakeholders and customers.

Proven history of technical contributions and understanding of the engineering process (Hardware and Firmware/Software)
Strong background in Agile Methodologies with preferred experience in Scaled Agile Framework
Established approaches in data capture and reporting to inform decisions and show status
Fluency in data presentation tools such as Excel Power BI and/or other dashboarding approaches
What youll experience:
Technical leadership opportunities spanning hardware and firmware/software engineering disciplines
Application of Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices within a complex DoD engineering environment
Development and ownership of cost and schedule estimates for design tasks
Collaboration with cross-functional teams leveraging data-driven reporting and dashboarding tools
Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation
What sets you apart:
Relevant Agile Certifications (SAFe CSM or equivalent)
History of success implementing Agile practices and processes in a DoD setting
Experience preparing cost and schedule estimates for engineering design tasks
Proficiency with data visualization and dashboarding tools (Excel Power BI or similar)
Demonstrated ability to achieve stakeholder consensus and drive alignment

This position is ON-SITE in Canonsburg PA (we are not offering a relo package but some assistance may be available)
A Hybrid work schedule may be available moving forwward but will require a minimum of 3 days per week on-site

Target salary range: USD $115000.00/Yr. - USD $120000.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering or a related Science Engineering or Mathematics field plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Masters degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities U.S. citizenship is required.
