Role Overview
Lead full lifecycle development including analysis design coding testing and deployment of applications
Analyze functional requirements and system architecture to design scalable efficient solutions
Plan coordinate and provide estimates for complex software development projects
Design technical specifications including data flows storage interfaces and system architecture
Develop robust applications and integrations with enterprise systems and databases
Define and execute system integration and enterprise-wide testing strategies
Manage implementation of new systems upgrades and enhancements into production environments
Provide production support including troubleshooting maintenance and performance improvements
Mentor junior developers and independently manage projects with minimal oversight
Key Qualifications
24 years of professional software development experience (47 years preferred)
Experience with C# React and JavaScript(Pythonexperiencea plus)
Experience withOracleSQL Serverand/or Postgresand relational database design
Experience developing andmaintainingproduction applications and web servicesin both on prem and cloud environments (AWS)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies CI/CD practices and version control tools (e.g. Git TFS)
Experience and/or willingness tolearn/leverage AI technologies as part ofthe applicationdevelopment process

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
