Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a related specialized area or the equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Masters degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. J-STD001 002 IPC 610 MIL-STD-883 or NASA stds certification may be required within 30 days of hire.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities U.S. citizenship is required.

We will rely on your knowledge and skills to develop implement and maintain methods operation sequence and processes in the manufacturing or fabrication of parts components sub-assemblies and final this entry-level position the Manufacturing Engineer will develop strong communications with internal teams to estimate manufacturing costs determine time standards and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. At GDMS we continually seek ways to develop and improve manufacturing methods utilizing our teams knowledge of product design materials and parts fabrication processes tooling and production equipment capabilities assembly methods and quality control standards.

The Advanced Quality Auditor Adv Quality Spec) is responsible for planning conducting and reporting internal and external audits to ensure compliance with company quality standards regulatory requirements and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute quality audits (process product and system audits)
Evaluate compliance with ISO standards and GDMS quality policies
Document audit findings and nonconformances
Work with departments to develop and track corrective actions
Prepare and present audit reports to management
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain audit schedules and records
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field
3 years of quality auditing experience
Knowledge of AS9100 ISO 9001 or CMMI standards
Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification
Experience in defense or aerospace industry
Familiarity with GDMS processes and systems
