About the Roleand Who We Are:

ReproductiveHealth Medicine&Gynecologyis grounded in reproductive endocrinology reproductive physiology and reproductive immunology. We combine evidence-based medical evaluation with cycle-informed individualized care to better understand hormonal patterns ovulation and the underlying contributors to reproductive health concerns. Our clinical approach aligns with established medical society guidelines and integrates methodologies informed by FEMM/RHRI Creighton ModelFertilityCareSystem (CrMS)/NaProTechnology and Marquette-based approaches. This fellowship is structurally designed to transition a certified medical professional into an expert restorativereproductive medicineprovider through a deliberate three-termmentorship model culminating in a long-termhourlyposition within our practice.



Fellowship Structure &Terms

Term1(January-April): Clinical Shadowing & Immersion

  • Status:Unpaid / Onboarding Phase
  • Focus:Observational learning and structural integration.
  • Expectations:You will closely shadow one of our seniormedicalproviders. Thistermallows you toobservereal-world applications of restorative protocols masterour electronichealth recordssystem and understand our cooperative approach to patient care without the pressure of managing a solo caseload.Active studying and researchoutside of observational hoursareexpected.

Term2(May-August): Independent Practice (Reduced Schedule)

  • Status:Stipend-Compensated
  • Focus:Transitioning to primary patient careatan adjusted pace.
  • Expectations:You will begin treating your own patientsat areduced schedule restricted to a maximum of6 patients per dayunder the supervision of a senior medical provider.This ensures ample time for chart review thorough case analysis and ongoing peer collaboration.

Term3(September-December): Full Practice (Guided Autonomy)

  • Status:Stipend-Compensated
  • Focus:Scaling to a full clinical load with immediate clinical backup.
  • Expectations:You will graduatetoa standard full daily schedule of patients. While you will be the primary provider you willoperateunder the direct guidance and active mentorship of a seniormedicalprovider to review complex cases and refine your treatment plans.

Post-Fellowship:HourlyPaidProvider

Upon successful completion of all threeterms fellows will transition directly into a permanenthourlypositionwith benefits as an established providerat Reproductive Health Medicine & Gynecology

Required Qualifications & Prerequisites

  • Crucial Requirement:FEMM Medical Management Intro and Masterclass CoursesMUSTbe fully completed and certified before your official first day of the fellowship.Applications without this completed (or with a confirmed completion date prior to start) will not be considered.
  • Licensure:Active unrestricted medical provider license (MD DO NP or PA) capable of practicing within the United States.
  • Geographic Focus:While all qualified candidates are welcome to apply we are actively prioritizing candidatesresidingor licensed inAlabama (AL) Virginia (VA) South Carolina (SC) Florida (FL) Arkansas(AR) and North Carolina (NC).
  • Philosophy:A deep alignment withthe mission atReproductiveHealth Medicine & Gynecologyand restorative reproductive health principles viewing ovulation as a vital sign of systemic health and prioritizing root-cause diagnostic interventions over symptom-masking optionssuch as birth control.
