We are seeking compassionate and driven Advanced Practice Providers (Physician Assistants or Family Nurse Practitioners) to join our growing multi-specialty healthcare team across several Metro Detroit locations. Key Responsibilities
Patient Assessment & Treatment
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations including medical histories and physical examinations.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving patient outcomes.
Collaborative Care
  • Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
  • Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with clinical guidelines and physician collaboration.
  • Ensure continuity of care through proper follow-up and patient management.
Diagnostic Testing & Procedures
  • Order perform and interpret diagnostic tests including:
    • Laboratory testing
    • EKGs
    • X-rays
  • Perform clinical procedures such as:
    • Suturing
    • Wound care
    • Injections
    • Immunizations
    • Minor in-office treatments
Preventive & Patient Education
  • Counsel patients and families on wellness disease prevention family planning nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits.
  • Provide education on treatment plans medications and preventive healthcare practices.
  • Promote patient engagement and long-term health management.
Leadership & Team Support
  • Collaborate with medical assistants technicians and support staff to maintain efficient clinic operations.
  • Support a positive patient-focused clinical environment.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation within electronic medical record systems.


Requirements
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Active Michigan PA or FNP license.
  • Masters Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and patient assessment skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented healthcare environment.
  • Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to compassionate patient-centered care.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 25 years of experience in Primary Care and Pediatrics preferred.
  • Experience working in high-volume or multi-specialty clinic settings.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems.
