We are seeking a compassionate and flexible Family Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about serving the Hampton Roads and Northeast North Carolina communities. Our team provides essential primary care services through a network of community clinics and mobile health units caring for uninsured and Medicaid populations. Position Highlights:

• Locations: Hampton Roads VA and Northeast North Carolina
• Part-Time: 20 hours/ 0.5 FTE
• Working from Mobile Care RV providing direct primary care services to children and adults in underserved communities
• Treat family medicine pediatrics and adults with complex issues
• Shared call schedule with RN first call
• Co-manage patients with a diverse care team to include but not limited to RN Counselors Care Management and other team members to improve our patients health holistically.
• Review quality and outcome metrics monthly with the healthcare team
• Collaborate with local civic and faith-based leaders on community education programs
• Experience working in a FQHC or Community Health Center or post-masters training in Community Health Care would be of great benefit to the practice

We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $100900.80 - $312000.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials standby/on-call pay shift premiums extra-shift incentives or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications experience location market conditions and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted it is based on a full-time colleague working 2080 hours annually.
