Salary Rate: **$90000$130000
*on-site hours may vary based on contractual client expectations

Briotix Health is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider!
Provide on-site services at one location in Rothschild WI.
Position Overview:
The Advanced Practice Provider is the primary medical provider for the onsite clinic and will adhere to all local state and federal compliance requirements within their scope of practice and provide ethical and high-quality services to Briotix Healths clients employees. This position will provide onsite occupational health and preventative care to help reduce and treat injuries and illnesses in the workplace.

Job Duties:
- Provide on-site services at one location in Rothschild WI.
- Provide ethical evidence-based medical services to the clients employees both onsite and in virtual evaluations while working within the recommendations of the Medical Director.
- Completion of timely and accurate electronic and non-electronic documentation.
- Provide proactive and mobile engagement with the workforce from a prevention standpoint.
- Active involvement with the safety and first responder team to collaborate and address needs.
- Autonomous and self-motivated; seek out interactions with employees and build relationships.
- Perform phlebotomy and collect urine samples as necessary.
- Perform and/or coordinate New Hire physical examinations.
- Provide onsite first aid and wellness screening.
- Provide case management and return-to-work services.
- Administer and document annual vaccinations spirometry audiograms drug & alcohol testing biometrics and medical questionnaires.
- Coordinate assessment treatment planning and return to work processes with the employee providers and employer.
- Assess and educate patients on medication lists illnesses medical history injury prevention methods and test results.
- Survey work environments for hazards.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :
Required Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Licensed Physician Assistant (PA)
- Active license in good standing in the state of Wisconsin
- Current certification in CPR / BLS for healthcare providers
- 1 or more years of experience in Occupational Health Primary Care Outpatient or Urgent Care.
- Demonstrated computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and work-flow management skills.
- NIOSH Spirometry Training and Certification may be required.
- Current COHN certification or ability to obtain certification within the first 3 years of employment.
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of on-site work needs; ability to lift push or pull up to 50 pounds frequent standing walking sitting squatting

- Verbal & written Spanish bilingual capabilities.
- 3 or more years of experience in Occupational Medicine.
