Sentara Medical Group - Internal Medicine Residency Clinic Prince Williamis seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become an integral part of a warm collegial outpatient team serving an adult patient population. This 100% outpatient role offers a flexible weekday schedule with no call no weekends and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced physician in a supportive residency clinic environment. Providers enjoy the rewarding balance of caring for a diverse primary care population while contributing to a practice culture built on teamwork respect and professional growth. Located in Woodbridge VA in the heart of Prince William County this position is ideal for an experienced APP who values autonomy strong physician collaboration work-life balance and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing community.

Position Highlights:

  • Flexibility within a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

  • 40 hours a week (36 patient contact hours and 4 hours of admin time)

  • Average 25 patients/day

  • Small growing practice where team members truly support one another

  • No call no weekends office is closed Saturday and Sunday

    • Active NP or PA

    • Minimum masters degree required

    We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $121596.80 - $142792.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials standby/on-call pay overtime shift premiums extra-shift incentives or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications experience location market conditions and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted it is based on a full-time colleague working 2080 hours annually.
