This opportunity is located at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital on our north campus.
Highlights
Community Physician Network is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to work alongside our General Cardiology team at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital in Indianapolis IN.
- Full time days
- No weekends or call required
- Team based multidisciplinary care environment working with Heart Failure physicians and APPs
- Competitive compensation and excellent benefits package
- Advanced Heart Failure experience strongly preferred
- Seeking a proactive team oriented provider dedicated to high quality patient care
- New graduate Nurse Practitioners considered with at least 3 to 5 years of RN experience in inpatient cardiac or ICU settings
Licensure and Certifications
- Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification in the state of Indiana
