This Advanced Practice Provider opportunity is located at our Community Heart and Vascular Hospital on our north campus.

Highlights

Community Physician Network is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work alongside our General Cardiology team at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital located in Indianapolis IN.

  • Full-time days
  • Weekend/call rotation is required. Frequency of each will be determined by the practice.
  • Multidisciplinary approach with a team of specialty physicians and advanced practice providers

  • Experience in Advanced Heart Failure is strongly preferred
  • Hard working proactive and a team player dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care
  • New graduate Nurse Practitioners will be considered; must have at least 3 to 5 years of RN experience in inpatient cardiac or ICU settings

Licensure & Certifications

  • Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana
