Highlights
Community Health Network is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established cardiology team in Anderson Indiana. We are seeking a highly motivated experienced advanced practice provider in cardiology; new graduates with experience in cardiology ER PCU or ICU settings will also be considered.
General cardiology opportunity including outpatient clinic and hospital rounding
Monday-Friday schedule with rotating holidays
No evening call

Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
Additional Information
Must be flexible in schedule of hours worked based on the access needs of the patient population being served.
