Overview:

Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an APP (NP or PA) to joinSentara Palmyra Medical Associates in Charlottesville VA. Join a collaborative patient-centered Family Medicine practice where your voice matters and your work truly makes a difference. Become part of a close-knit team-oriented environment that values open communication mutual respect and continuous this full-time outpatient role youll care for a diverse patient population across all ages while working alongside experienced physicians and supportive staff who are committed to delivering high-quality community-focused care.

Position Highlights:

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

• 40 hours a week (36 patient contact hours 4 hours of admin)

• 14-16 patients/day

• Collaborative practice with 3 physicians 1 nurse practitioner and 10 support staff

• A dedicated mentor assigned who provides ongoing guidance and practical support ensuring a smooth and successful transition into practice

• Minimal Call schedule every 8-12 weeks 24-7 nurse triage team used first

  • Active NP or PA
