We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nations most integrated healthcare systems with over 1400 providers in Indianapolis IN. This Advanced Practice Provider will join our Bariatric Surgery team at Community Hospital North.

Community Physician Network isseeking an Advnced Practice Provider to join our Bariatric Surgery teamat Community Hospital North located in Indianapolis IN.

• 1.0 FTE day opportunity

• Monday Friday 8:30 am 5pm

• Blend of surgical assisting in the operating room inpatient hospital rounding and outpatient clinic on bariatric and general surgery cases

• Electronic Medical Record EPIC

Qualifications

• Experience in surgery is strongly preferred

• Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and dedication to delivering high quality patient care

• Must have the desire to practice in the operating room clinic and inpatient settings

Licensure & Certifications
Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
