Were hiring an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) who wants to make a meaningful difference while building long-term relationships with patients in a collaborative outpatient practice.
Youll step into an outpatient role providing comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages including acute and chronic disease management preventive care and wellness visits. Youll have the autonomy to practice at the top of your license while collaborating with experienced physicians and clinical staff in a supportive team-based environment serving diverse communities throughout the Greater Sacramento area.
Why this role is compelling Monday through Friday outpatient schedule with dedicated administrative time Approximately 3 patients per hour with 20-minute appointments Two telehealth visits built into each day Collaborative multidisciplinary care team EPIC electronic medical record Opportunity to serve a diverse and underserved community What makes you a great fit You are a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in California You hold current DEA and BLS certifications You have 1 to 2 years of outpatient primary care experience preferred Community health or FQHC experience is a plus Bilingual candidates who speak Spanish Russian Farsi or Pashto/Pushto are encouraged to apply Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $145600$215000 annually Medical dental & vision insurance: Employer-sponsored Employer-paid life insurance Retirement: 403(b) with up to a 4% employer match PTO: Up to 4 weeks plus 7 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday CME: Annual reimbursement plus paid CME time Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Tuition reimbursement: Up to $3000 annually
