Job Summary
Pharmacist is responsible for providing a comprehensive pharmacy and medication management service to patients and ensures a consistent level of service in accordance to facility policies. Direct patient care and services are provided to neo-natal pediatric adolescent adult geriatric oncology and obstetric patients. This position requires working rotational shifts: day evening nights weekends and Holidays. The position provides the opportunity for career advancement through tier levels of Pharmacist to Advanced Practice Pharmacist as determined by pharmacy experience. Advanced Practice Pharmacist serves as a clinical pharmacist for direct clinical pharmacy services for inpatient and outpatient departments.
REQUIRED:
- Doctor of Pharmacy or a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from a school recognized by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education.
- Must have a current valid and unrestricted license to practice Pharmacy in a State or Territory of the United States or the District of Columbia and have a current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- A minimum of two (2) years experience as a Registered Pharmacist.
- A minimum of one (1) year experience as a Clinical Pharmacist.
Shift: 4/10 hour days
