Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and execute manufacturing process and equipment improvements to enhance safety quality delivery and cost performance (SQDC).
• Develop implement and maintain manufacturing work instructions process controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing issues including equipment malfunctions process deviations and material defects.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production problems and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with engineering quality and supply chain teams to optimize product designs for manufacturability and streamline production flow.
• Provide technical guidance and training to production operators and technicians on new processes equipment and best practices.
• Participate in the evaluation selection and implementation of new manufacturing technologies and equipment.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations environmental standards and company policies.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives and drive continuous improvement activities within the production area.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college OR a High School Diploma with 4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering process engineering or a similar production support role within an industrial setting AND
• 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering process engineering or a similar production support role within an industrial setting
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job.

Desired Characteristics

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Industrial Manufacturing or Aerospace) or a related technical field from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering process engineering or a similar production support role within aerospace or a highly regulated industry.
• Demonstrated experience with various manufacturing processes such as machining assembly welding heat treatment brazing EDM or additive manufacturing.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings blueprints and technical specifications.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g. AutoCAD SolidWorks CATIA) is a plus.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic manufacturing environment.

The base pay range for this position is101000.00 - 135000.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factorsincluding the candidates experience education and skill position is also eligiblefor an annual discretionary bonus based on apercentage of your base salary/ commission based on the posting isexpected to close onJuly 5 2026.
