As an Adult Residential Support Professional - Transportation Specialist youll provide safe transportation and day-to-day support to individuals receiving services in our residential programs.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys building positive relationships helping others access essential services and contributing to a supportive team environment.

Due to contractual reasons we are accepting only male applicants.

As part of our residential services team you will:

• Safely transport residents to appointments meetings treatment services and community activities
• Assist residents with accessing program services and maintaining daily schedules
• Help maintain program vehicles including coordinating routine maintenance cleaning and inspections
• Perform housekeeping and facility support duties as needed
• Organize and distribute clothing bedding and other supplies
• Assist individuals with limited mobility including those who use wheelchairs
• Promote a safe respectful and supportive environment for all residents
• Support the agencys mission values and commitment to person-centered care

Successful candidates will:

• Have a valid drivers license and a safe driving record
• Meet LSS driving and auto insurance requirements
• Demonstrate compassion patience and professionalism
• Communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
• Be dependable organized and able to work independently
• Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team

Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM No evenings weekends or overnight shifts.

Employment is contingent upon successfully completing all required background checks caregiver checks medical screenings motor vehicle record reviews and other program-specific requirements.
