Job Summary

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our inpatient care this role you will provide high-quality patient-centered nursing care while working in a fast-paced hospital environment. You will be responsible for assessing patients developing and implementing care plans monitoring patient progress and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients across various age groups.
  • Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Implement and evaluate nursing interventions based on patient needs.
  • Accurately document patient care and maintain medical records.
  • Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed support staff as appropriate.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining patient safety and quality standards.
  • Stay current with nursing best practices new technologies and evidence-based care.
  • Support a positive respectful and culturally diverse work environment.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and serve as a Shift Coordinator when needed and qualified.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing
  • Be eligible for a TN H1B Domestic or EB3 visa - if an international RN.
  • NCLEX
  • Passed English exam - if from out of the US
  • Required certifications and competencies as outlined by the department.
  • Strong critical thinking communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate patient-focused care.
